PET-Equipment Projects commence at the target | |

The target is the bottle – the incorporation of the product and the medium of the brand.
After designing and engineering the bottle with its property parameters the next step is the elaboration of the preform design. This means that geometry and stretch factors of the preform in relation to the bottle are ascertained. The parameters of the PET-resin result from the „job description“ of the bottle and of the preform. This is the starting point of the project and here the loop closes. The selection of the suitable equipment results from these basic preparations. |

Overhaul, repair and anti-ageing measures for PET-equipment.

Control of completeness, survey, cleaning and – at the end of the project – „make-up“ (paint jobs etc. for good looks motivating customer staff to take good care of the equipment).
Examples for individual actions: Control of earthing and potential compensation conduits, control of safety devices, Cleaning and overhaul of the cooling water circuits, of the 7-bar- as well as of the oilfree 40-bar-compressed air circuits, dry cycling test as early as technically feasible (without preforms/blow mandrels as well as with blow mandrels), following conclusion of all work of overhaul, upgrading etc.a production test run (with the customer’s preforms or PET-resin) and completion of all documentation (also regarding language as far as possible). Taking advantage of state-of-the-art-technology, e.g., by using parent(“mother”)-moulds (“outside shells”) and inserts (“inside shells”), CAD-tools for designing and engineering bottles to suit up-to-date design criteria, use of highly efficient IR-lamps, employing spare and wear parts which require as little maintenance as possible, |
